Q. What is the difference between Patent, PU, Stretch and Leather material? A. Patent, either patent leather or patent pu, the latter being a man made material, has a very shiny, almost mirror like appearance. PU, short for polyurethane, is a semi-shiny to non-shiny man made material designed to be less expensive than leather. Stretch, either patent or pu, is a thin, stretchable material, which allows it to fit to the contours of the feet or legs. Leather, usually having a supple and comfortable feel and with a texture pattern, is the highest quality material of all used in shoemaking.

Q. How do you convert a man’s shoes size to a lady’s shoes size? A. Shoes fit differently. Our best rule of thumb is a two-size increase. A man’s 9 converts to a woman’s 11. Please check our conversion chart for more information.

Q. I have wide calf's and larger thighs what boots do you recommend? A. We recommend a boot with either side tying or rear tying to give you that extra width where required. We also stock wider fitting boots please ask our sales team for further information.

Q. Should I increase my shoe size by one when ordering thigh high boots? A. Yes we recommend this.

Q. How can I remove glue marks on the boots? A. Use lighter fluid. Ordinary lighter fluid applied to a white rag will remover the glue. You can also use glue thinner which can be purchased from any shoe repair shop. Back to Top

Q. Why does my order confirmation show as Xtreme Footwear? A. Xtreme Footwear are our nominated distributor for all our footwear.

Q. How long will my order take? A. Stock items are shipped within 5-10 days; at busy times this can be up to 14 days, however please allow 28 days for delivery.

Q. How would my order be shipped? A. All orders over 1KG in weight are sent by City Link next day delivery. Any smaller items under 1KG are sent by Royal mail Recorded Delivery

Q. When do you take payment? A. Payment is now processed once your order has been received.

Q. What if my thigh boots don't fit when I get them or I dislike the style? A. You can return the thigh boots to us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund less the original postage charge. You will also be charged a 10% admin fee if you request a refund.

Q. What do I have to pay for when exchanging? A. All you pay for is additional carriage.

Q. Can I order other than via the internet? A. Yes you can order by phone or in writing.

Q. Can I have the thigh boots posted to a different address other than my billing address? A. Yes just advise us your alternative shipping address.
